Product Description

KGL is a high-tech private enterprise integrating independent research and development, production, sales and service.

KGL supplies service in customizing and processing precision and complex parts for customerswhich are mainly applied to artificial intelligence, medical treatment, new energy, aviation nuclear energy photoelectric and other industries.

In our factory,has about 80 production equipment.It includes a 5-4-axis machining center originally imported from Japan, CNC vertical and horizontal machining center imported from Taiwan, a double-spindle CNC turning and milling machine, high precision CNC lathe, a precision large water mill, hand mill, wire cutting, etc.

Testing instruments have HEXAGON CMM, OLYMPUS two dimensions, KEYENCE microscope, digital micrometer, vertical meter, height meter, micrometer, dial meter, and other constant dosage measuring instruments, etc.

The maximum machining stroke is 2500*1500800mm, and the machining accuracy could reach 0.002mm.

There are around 78 experienced personnel with KGL at present, of which 15 belong to R&D Department, ensuring the updates and upgrades of the products.  10 of them belong to Quality Control Department, who not only need to inspect the product quality after the production but also need to ensure that the all the raw materials are in high quality, like cast iron, steel aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, copper, stainless steel, various engineering plastics, and etc.
